Little Barn at Coppice Barn, Birdham

Little Barn is a very well furnished self-contained new-build barn in the grounds of the owner’s c17th thatched house. Nestled in the quaint harbour village of Birdham it is tucked away in a small lane, just a five-minute walk from the ancient marina at Birdham Pool. Little Barn is a great base for discovering the beautiful beaches at The Witterings, the picturesque villages dotted around Chichester Harbour and stunning walks and cycles across the South Downs.

The property has its own private entrance. Little Barn is well equipped and beautifully presented. The accommodation includes a good-sized double bedroom with modern en-suite wet room and a bright open plan living/dining space with a wood burner. The kitchen facilities include all the essentials: a combination microwave oven, hot plate, fridge and use of a barbeque.

There is parking to the front of the property. There is a smart television and plenty of DVDs to choose from. A sprung sofa bed is available for children, and teenagers please request when making the booking. The owner can also supply bikes to explore the area’s many cycle routes. Please note, this property is strictly no smoking and no pets.
